Practise your move counts.
Fire your charged move on the exact turn it's ready. Built for the June 2026 battle system.
This browser can't play sound on a precise beat, which the drill needs. Open this page in the latest Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.
Why count your moves
Know when it's ready
Count your fast moves instead of watching the energy bar, and throw the moment the move is ready.
Practise with your own team
Any ranked Great League Pokémon, with the moves you actually run. The counts come from the game data.
Timing you can trust
Every throw is graded in whole half-second turns, adjusted for your phone and your earbuds.
How a round works
Warm-up
One rep that doesn't count. It measures how your taps line up with the beat.
Ten reps
Three throws each. Leftover energy carries into the next throw, so the count changes.
Summary
How many reps were perfect, and which of the three throws slips.
The numbers, for Swampert
Mud Shot into Hydro Cannon, first throw of a rep:
- 5 Mud Shots
- That's the count. Tap them to the beat, and keep your eyes off the energy bar.
- 10 turns to the throw
- Throw on that exact turn. One turn late, and your opponent gets a free fast move.
- 5 energy left over
- It carries into the next throw, so the second count is different. That's where most people slip.
